Tomato, Corn and Red Onion Salad
Fresh and yummy! And my husband ate it all!
Toss 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved, with 1/2 cup corn, and 2 tbsp minced red onion. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette. Serve either cold or room temp.
